I'm not taking sides in this, but I will say, Alex, that while I have huge symphathy for what you've gone through, your statement that Chris has, "something special coming <his> way..." is out of line. If you want to pursue a legal claim against Chris, you have every right to do so, but statements like this one could reasonably be construed as a physical threat. Regardless of the harm you feel you've suffered, if it's your intention to get even by force, you're making a BIG mistake.

 

I thought Race Related was a seperate company, I don't think he intended for Chris to have something coming his way....

 

Alex making physical threats on the board is nothing new. He threatened me and another 4-5 other board members previously when we called BS on him having a 450 whp S2000. He actually threatened to show up to Chris' house while I was visiting there and shoot me. He is not the standout member of society that he is trying to paint himself to be in this post.
