New owner of 2005 S2K...and have experienced the heatsoak mentioned on several threads here. I am trying to decide which vendor intake to go with..can someone give guidance on the subject?

Understand that HP gain will be minimal at best...but would like to get something that looks good under the hood...K&N piece looks kinda plain.

 

look at fipk, less effort than cai, heat shield included and well made
