Advice needed
i suggest being a waiter at an upscale resturaunt. I average 15 to 20 bucks an hour. You get paid more and don't have to put in close to 40 hours a week to survive. I started bartending there and even more $ an hour so...work your way to the bar after serving for a bit. Plus when your not in school and want to work 7 days a week people are really flexible and give up shifts. Can make upwards of 600-800 after taxes if you bust your ass there for a week. Plus the job makes u realize why your going to school...you don't want a crappy job like that for life. even if the pay is really good for no education
In the battle of S2K vs buried in debt ... no debt always wins. You can sit down, figure your wage and hit the minus sign as many times as you want, but you also have to figure in food, leisure money, the joyriding that you WILL do ... there's all these hidden costs that I am sure you're certain aren't there.
And if you use a credit card to get over the "temporary" problem ... If you start getting late fees you can barely pay, the debt only inclines exponentially, and from then on, you get over-the-limit fees, your interest rates rise, and soon before you know it, the minimum payments are becoming a challenge and your debt only goes up ... fast.
I'm not saying to not get an s2k. Just be reeeeal sure that you can afford it before you invest $20,000 into something that also tails along it's own considerable financial requirements. If it really was this easy, everybody would be driving around in one.

Yeah, well, I have no debt right now. My credit car has never been close to being maxed, out, and never will be. If I can't pay for it in cash, I normally don't buy it. I know the hidden costs such as fuel, maintenance, etc.
I'm leaning towards the cheaper AP1 right now, because my payments would be considerably less, and I'd still be just as happy.
