I got the j's n1 ecu on friday. I tested it for a couple of days. Results:
-vtec launch is smoother
-vtec initiates earlier
-rev limit is at 9200 rpms
-mid range and peak power is better
-ecu eliminated some shaking issues when the car is at idle speed
-throttle response is better

9200 rev limit? I thought there was no limitier, mayb ethey changed it?

 

i didnt check the rev limiter yet. so i dont theknow answer exactly. but when i look at the dash , i pass 9000 rpms and red lights start flashing and i can still go for a sec or two .
