I dont know with the Honda certified deal. But when I worked at Tyota for 7 years, they had to have the car in prestine condition meaning looks like new paint and all. If there was a defect of anykind they would send it out to be re-painted and touched up... If they can't check on any of the following problems.. I would say it's a no go.

Still running strong at 127k on it and now supercharged! Guess it was a good buy haha!!
