Has anyone verified that the factory settings will return if the battery is disconnected?

I am so glad that it works for the S2000 too. I finally tried it on mine a few days ago. I found out about this on the 2002 CR-V about a year ago. I never thought to try it on the S2000 until I saw this thread.
