Default Any opinions on this shift lamp/ beeper?

Seems to be a very nice product from Dali Racing. I've driven a friend's RX-7 with it installed and it was reassuring to be able to keep my eyes on the road while driving aggressively. His RX-7 is simply way too fast and the rev needle just attacks the redline. It was nice to hear a beep to know that it's time to shift.

So, I'd like to know if any of you have installed one in the S2000...I'm thinking about doing this mod soon...just unsure if the beep can be heard with the top down.

It actually says that you need to provide your own light and beeper so i guess it's up to you how loud of a beeper or bright a light you get.

I'm also interested in this too. Don't know how many times I've hit the rev limiter on accident.

Anyone ever used one of these things?

My close friend just had this installed on his Integra Type R. He has the buzzer enabled only (no light). It is plenty loud. In fact he installed it specifically for track days, and so hears it through his helmet. I have ridden with him, and again, it's plenty loud. I'm having this installed shortly in my S2000, and will post my results. I don't think it will be a problem at all with the top down considering my experience with the device in the Type-R. Oh, and it's sweet!!
