For prob #2 but some vinyl/interior cleaner on the back of the seat and the panel behind it. Works like a charm

Prob #3 happens to me, but only when the engine is cold. Once it's warmed up, it goes away. It's pretty typical of all Hondas to do this. Even my prelude does it.
