We've never debated which AP Shigeru Uehara prefers, and its not really a debate since he told us he prefers the AP2 anyway.

Gotta love the folks who start yet again talk about how the AP1 has a more "race-inspired feel" by virtue of 800rpms and a....get this....more "snug" interior.

I guess I should call up Toyota and let them know that they should downsize the interior of the camry and give it an extra 800 rpms - obviously that would give you a race-inspired camry born for track duty.

What a load of garbage.

the one question i had to ask him, the golden S2K question, which was his preference between the AP1 vs AP2. without hesitation he said AP2! "better, more usable power, also better handling"

=
QUICK someone make a photo shop with just Uehera in the pic saying

"AP2 FTMFW!!!!"

So I guess swaybars, struts, springs, and steering ratios have nothing to do with handling. Talk about a load of garabage...

yea i also believe that newer IS better. honda wouldnt and shouldnt downgrade.
So the CDV in the AP2s wasn't a downgrade? I think most enthusiasts would disagree.

words from ap1s seem insignificant now no matter how reasonable they try to sound after hearing the "man" saying ap2 WITHOUT a hesitation. War has ended. O.o

He didn't say which was better, just which he preferred. He designed the car, so obvioulsy he made it and revised it according to his tastes. Of course he prefers the AP2 - he made it.

Some of the AP1 owners here need to unwad their panties, and AP2 owners need to calm down a bit imo.
