I drive the car hard too.
Rev match, heel-toe a lot.

It's definitely not as firm as it used to be, but I have no real issues to speak of. I'll change it here sooner or later.
This, cept i got 110.000k on mine

If the previous owner of my car is not lying (pretty sure he isn't), then my car has almost 172,000 miles on the original OE clutch. I'd say at least 65% of the mileage on the car is highway miles so that explains a lot. I've owned the car for a full year and put 30k on it but I rev-match and heel-toe on downshifts (spirited driving/bombing or just low-key commute) so it's not as bad as it could've been with someone that doesn't.

It's getting replaced very soon though, for sure.

If you don't launch like a tool the clutch will last.

engine that produce low, low-end torque don't burn up clutches that fast so long as you don't do high rpm launches.

144K still going strong. Car was extensively autocrossed with 6,000 rpm sidesteps (i.e. tire spin) for the first half of it's life.

That's good! I'm surprised they last this long, especially with moderate abuse.
