Default Berk Test pipe or new speakers?

Well my g/f wants to get me a X-Mas gift for my S....i was hoping supercharger buuuuut, it's either a Berk Test Pipe (on stock exhaust) or new front speakers (for an 01).

What should I pick? I love loud f1 type exhausts and if I wasn't so scared of the test pipe making the car sound like a riced out civic I would pick that without a doubt... it's hard to judge from youtube videos which all sound totally different.
Anyone tried a test pipe on a stock exhaust? How would you describe it, more rice or more race?

Of course the speakers are crap, which would also be nice.

What should I go with?

speakers, IMO, but getting a cheap alpine head unit would probably make more difference.

if you dont have one, an intake would be better than either one.

Already have intake. Hmmm would a head unit make more a difference than the speakers?

Go with the speakers. The testpipe won't be ricey, it makes the S sound somewhat like a 350z, a little raspy. Don't expect amazing gains with the TP, if you plan on getting supporting mods later on then it would be worth it but just the tp....I would choose the speakers.

Def go with a HU first, it helped a lot. You won't get any benefits from just speakers if you're not providing anymore power to them.
