Default best setup to beat a M3?

What would be the best setup for a S2000 (2004) that would beat a new M3? Price is not much of a concern (I would rather not spend $10,000 to mod my car but I can). The only thing is it has to be reliable. Supercharger maybe? Think that is M3 killer material or not? If not what would be? Any thoughts on this would be great. Thanks

this brings to mind that time i SPANKED an M3 on a high speed, decreasing radius, bumpy-as-hell junction from 118 east to 405 south. took him on the inside @ 94 mph. They're fast, but cant outhandle the s2k.

in what respect do you want to beat them?

drag strip?
auto-x?
road race?
gas mileage?
monthly payments?
jumping infront a moving train?

I would say strap on a jet turbine onto the top of your S, and you'll have no problem with that M3. Any one that messes with you will be left eating your dust. You'll be king of da streetz yo@!

PS Don't forget to get a VAFC so you can make da Turbine VTEC come on earlier at 30,000 rpmz

yeah they are sweet, I almost got one but decided to test a S before getting a M3 and fell in love with how it feels to drive a S so I got one instead. The M3 is more of a sedan but it is faster then are car. I raced my friends M3 from around 30 MPH or so to close to 100MPH he beat me by a car length or two. The M3 does have almost 100 more HP then us and 2 more cylinders so I am not sad that I lost, I expected it.

road race/street race. Not all roads are straight.

If you want to beat an M3 in straight line acceleration and cost is no object:

1. Buy a Viper (color to complement the S)
2. Attatch a trailer hitch to Viper
3. Hook S2000 to trailer
4. Get in your S2000
5. Put on your cool sunglasses
6. Put your grandma in the Viper
7. Find unsuspecting M3 driver
8. Have grandma rev the Viper to 4K and drop the clutch
9. Leave M3 in the dust
10. Take grandma to lunch

a blower and a shot of n20 should do it motorwise. but that's if they're stock.

suspension wise, you don't really need anything to take them

Forget Grandma. I volunteer to drive the Viper!
