CAI, worth the money?

I got the V1 "used" new never installed and awesome deal of 80 bucks...I say it was well worth it.

Power difference? not really no sure there is probably a couple more horses and if I race a stock S on the freeway I would probably beat it (due to other mods as well)...

but like everybody else says...the biggest difference is the sound...and I like the change, its really appealing. try pulling the lid off your stock airbox, drive around for a while, see how you like the sound, if you like it and want that sound with a slight power increase, and minimal weight decrease...get it

No H.P.gain;good for sound only.

You won't feel 3-5 hp, or even 10hp. You might see a slight difference on the track, but it would be too small to tell.

Intake doesn't offer much bang for the buck, that's what a supercharger is for!

But they look nice and sound good. And the AEM gives your engine a lot of extra room.

this is just my take on it, i have three friends that are really good honda techs at metro honda. all of them say the same thing if it added power then honda would put it on the car stock and charge the xtra money for it.
