LOL, im with profpin.

why dont you get a car and really learn to drive with. BOTH EVO and S2000 with swallow you whole and spit u out if you dont know what your doing. of course i just assumed you didnt know what you were doing which is kinda f-ed up, but from your post thats the only thing i can assume . cuz like profpin said, you would have already driven both cars and figured out the choice on your own. paper racing the cars doesnt mean shit.

get an integra or rsx or wrx or srt neon or svt focus or si or gti. - an entry level sports car that doesnt have that much power so when u mess up you arent going that fast. and trust you WILL mess up in the S2000, unless you drive it like a sebring. and if your going to drive it like a sebring, you might as well get a sebring cuz its a 4 seater and can fit 22's and looks hard on 22's.

Evo. I can't imagine having had only two seats in highschool. Having a car that's easy to upgrade (Evo) will provide a good opportunity to learn about engine mechanics, too. By the way, BOV stands for Blow Off Valve.

I guess if the Evo has better handling go get it before they are all sold out . Congrats in being 16 and being able to get a car like such. Just remember that Evo is not rare compared to the S2000, also Evo are not as well made as S2000's. Just try to do some driving schools before you get yourself in one of this cars. Congrats again.

If you want a drop-top RWD car, maybe you should check out the Chrysler Crossfire. It looks like it could still be pretty fun to drive, but I expect it will be more forgiving than the S2000.
Whatever you get, I hope you'll drive safely. But since you've already said that you plan to street race, I hope your parents aren't surprised when they have to write your obituary.

If he plans to street race I guess he should not get any car, get a bicycle, race it, bust your ass a couple of times then try street racing in a car. . I think a couple of serious ass busting in the bike will teach him a few things about pain and knock some sense into his little head before he gets killed or kill someone.

I agree. Just the fact that you came up here admitting that you plan to race the car shows me a real sign of ignorance if you ask me. Cars today aren't respected or looked upon as tools any more. The problem with teenagers owning sports cars isn't only that they don't have enough driving experience to handle such cars, but also that they don't have enough life experience to act responsible while in them. Even older people do "push" their cars from time to time, but the difference is not doing it when there are friends around on a busy street, or through neighborhoods where people are walking, or while drunk, etc. You may go to that driving school and become an even worse driver on the street because you "feel" like you can handle any kind of situation that comes up. Just my $.02, think about your life and the life of others before you decide to buy a $30,000 bullet and please if you do get it I hope you see the trouble your asking for by racing it.

That's because no responsible adult will recommed a RWD convertible that only weighs 2800lbs to a 16 year old teenager that PLANS to street race. It's like telling someone to jump off a cliff, it's not moral.
