Changing the front blinker lights

Default Changing the front blinker lights

one of my lights is out. what is the easiest way to change the front turning lights? is the easiest way, taking the bumper off?

Depends on which turn bulb. You don't need to take the bumper off.

If it's the DS bulb, you'll need to open the hood, take the power steering fluid container out from it's position, and reach in to replace the bulb.

If it's the PS bulb, you'll need to turn the wheels enough to get into the wheel well. You'll need to take off the protective wheel well to reach the bulb.
