Coilovers?
I know this question has been asked many time before, but getting a straight answer is like pulling teeth. Its as simple as this, I want something that is going to handle good, at least as good as stock, but yes I do want the capability to make the car lower for cruising around the street. I think most of us would agree theres nothing better looking than a clean dropped S2k. But the fact is I'm not in this for show, I want performance as well as a good look. So, with this said what should I do? What if you got a coilover set, and put it at stock ride height when you go to the track, would this make it as good as stock handeling, especially since you would have stiffer spring rates? And what about bang for the buck on coilovers? I keep hearing mixed reviews on these Megan coilovers that appear to be nice, and a lot of people say they are crap, but then turn around and say the Apexi ones are nice, and they are all made by the same people. My car is a daily drive which sees some minor track time. I would like to start going more as I become a better driver. Mostly I just will hit up some local track/autocross days. Please help! Thanks.
