really? wierd. Anyway cutting out the resonator is a cool mod. did mine about 4 months ago and love it.

I've got the same set up. I can't remember a buzzing sound. My cf cover does rub against the hood though. There is a plastic, button clip that holds the matting to the underside of the hood that contacts the cf cover. Maybe this is where the buzzing is coming from? That cf cover is pretty flimsy.

You just have to get use to it. I have tried many of things to get rid of the buzzing and/or protecting the cf.. its a PITA. The only time I notice the buzzing is on acceleration but its also only intermittent. I still it though....Get an exhaust and then you don't notice it much
