Yes, I was being incredibly sarcastic. I am extremely technical and very mechanically-inclined and absolutely meticulous when it comes to work done on my S2000. I made absolutely no errors during the installation of my SC.

Sure it's a blast between 6000 and 9000 rpm... but if I had to do it over again, I would not have SCed the car, changed the headers, etc... and kept the stock coilovers.

Hindsight is very very clear. My main motivation for modifying the car was for the hands-on experience of taking it apart (and I am better-off mechanically for doing so). I just feel that the stock "state" of the car was so good that the modifications added very little to the experience of the car. I am just posting from first-hand experience... I would save the $12000 or $13000 spent on several of my mechanical modifications... and solely install my big stereo, clear corners, wheels, VooDoo, dead pedal, and Rick's console cover...

Appearance modifications seem to give me the most satisfaction...

So does this mean your going to attempt to put the 02 glass rear window in your 00?

No I only drive the car with the top down (when the weather/season permits) so the rear window (or roof for that matter) is not an issue for me...

i guess i will have to add it onto my list of things to do when i get some money.

of course im not saying this will get done anytime soon (if at all because im dog-dangling lazy and a serious procrastinator). but if no one else attempt its i just might.

altho im sure SOMEONE will try this before i get around to it

PS-sorry for the thread hijack

I am with Shaner. Don't waste your money. I had a professional put mine on and had nothing but problems. Sure the boost was fun from 5500 to 9000 RPM, but this car does not need boost in that range. Now that I have had mine removed, it really does not make that much of a difference.
