Thanks for all the replies guys and sorry for the late replies. I live in Vancouver and I'm finishing off my 2nd year of University. I basically have no income. I got my Prelude upon entering University and my car won't be 2 years old till like Sept. The money is an issue. I know that if I really wanted it and bugged my mom she would buy it for me. But I'll feel really guilty. I'm really a low mileage driver. In fact I would say I don't drive much mostly cause I'm not that great of a stick driver and hate traffic I guess. I love driving at night though. One obvious consideration besides the cost is the rain. It rains a lot here if you haven't already known.

Do I really want it and really love it? No. I don't think I'll really love anything and want it. I guess I really don't know what I want. Sometimes I'm thinking of an automatic, sometimes I'm thinking of a sedan sometimes I'm thinking of a sports car. It's sometimes hard not to look at the car as only a form of transportation.

So in a way I do want it and in a way I don't need it. I know my family would be mad at me and my mom would be disappointed I think.

How come? I'm sure I'll enjoy it. I enjoy zipping through corners and accelerating through it. I'll enjoy driving it. But I'm just saying that sometimes I think I might like a quiet comfy ride. But there are also times where I wish I had a convertible.

The S2000 is not for you.

my man....i traded my 2000sh on valentines day for my stook. i purchased the sh back on august 3rd. Night and day my man. This feels like my 900RR while the prelude reminded me of my 84&85 crx's. Seriously, though....it's the natural progression of things....bite the bullet...i lost about 2g's in trading the lude......got my stook at MSRP. Blown away at how the engine is a blast to drive, and like nothing i've ever driven, yet since i/i've owned various other honda products....it's seems familiar somehow.....h

No no. I love driving a stick and find it more enjoyable. But the automatic is more practical when there's traffic that's all. The only thing is that I shift pretty low out of fear though I'm being more venturous nowadays. =)

Fear from ruining the car not the speed.
