I recently moved from MA to NC (top down on Christmas day). There is no license plate required for the front in NC, so I asked a local dealer to remove the bracket when I did the required new inspection for NC. The bracket had left a small round indentation on the plastic bumper. It just dawned on me that this might be a warranty issue due to the fact that the dealer in MA put the bracket on the car. I bought the 05 new in April of 06. Do I have any hope of getting Honda to fix this?
