Wait a minute...

Maybe he means that there is not going to be any top at all! That way it can NEVER rip and you need to worry about making the interior bulletproof to UV light.

My guess is that it is not street-legal, sold "for off-road use only" like the Mustang Cobra R or Lotus Exige S, and you can buy it only if you have a racing license.
