you know the old saying "A fool and his money are soon parted ways" and I wouldn't waste my money on that. Although there is always a buyer for something. Hell the first buyer of the CR is already loving it so I guess that goes to show you don't knock it til you drive it .

I don't check this forum too often and after this bit of bad news I'll probably be back even less.

Honda has had over 8-years to figure out what the S was lacking, what people wanted added or improved, what would make it better and what to do about it and after all that time we get...this?

This car is the equivalent of putting down linoleum over hardwood floors, or putting a bumper sticker on a Ferrari. Honda is officially clueless, or just purposely trying to kill off a well respected, classic auto by degrading it, it's devoted owners and the public who sees it.

This reminds me of the scene in Batman Begins when Bruce Wayne (Honda) stood up insulted all his friends (us) at a party in his honor...same phucking thing here.

If I see one at my local dealer when I'm in for service I'll spit on it and when I'm eventually done with mine, I'm trading it in on a Camaro, or Vette. Sadly even the idiots at GM are doing some things right. I sure as $hit don't ever want to be associated with this embarrassment, or the dumbphuck I see on the road stupid enough to buy one.

because honda thinks they can just slap on some crap and people will buy it. they did not spend enough time or thought into the CR.

 

A late (MY03) AP1 just keeps looking better and better.... At roughly half the price of a new 2007, you can spend a few K$ on tires, FI, and 4.56 gears (IMHO--others might choose coilovers or different powertrain mods) and still be ahead $10K.

I agree that the CR makes me sad, at least, when it's not making me want to throw up.

 

I don't see why everyone is knocking the car? Honda did all the mods everyone does on here?

Spoiler, Wheels, tires, body kits, wings, seats, shift knobs, color stitching that does not match the color of the car, stiff suspension.

So now that Honda does what most people on here do their own car this one sucks?
