Did you experience the loose gas cap problem...
my '02 had this problem, dealer installed new filler neck pipe under warranty. there is a tsb relating to this. dealer re-used original cap, too cheap to change, but it is now fine, no binding. i can dig out my dealer workorder and see if the tsb or other pertinent info is listed, if you need info PM.

SYMPTOM
The fuel fill cap is binding and, if not tightened fully,

I got it done under goodwill warranty. It doesn't hurt to go in and ask politely. Especially if you bought your car at that dealership and you tell them the TSB number (04-002). All they can do is say "no".
