Ok Honda called and told me what's wrong with my diff. The gear rings broke and let the gear seperate causing damage. Honda wants my whole rearend to look at it because this is the 8th s2k this has happened to. My service manager said that one of the s2ks whole driveshaft seperated. So this is a problem. Im getting a whole new rearend overnighted today. Problem is..since honda doesnt know whats wrong with these differentials...i could be getting another bad one that can break. So if your rear-end starts to get a tad squirrely and then starts to make a howling noise. You're diff is about to go.
