Oh, no sweat. I guess I was confused. So, is jcavalie the only one here who's done it?

I'm pretty sure I'm it for the actual Honda part and Honda dealership install. A few people have had 3rd party switches and installs done.

I've had mine 8 months now, and it works like a charm. No issues or problems - they did great work!

Best,
Jim

Done!

Middletown Honda in Middletown, New York!

The actual part that goes on the dash is small and unobtrusive. It's directly under my Massachusetts inspection sticker to I probably won't bother to paint it either. I'll try to take a couple of pix of my install later.

Now it's time to let the kids feel what 9K is all about.

Hi guys,

I meant to take these pix a few weeks ago. Middletown did a nice job; their only mistake was not tightening down the spare tire in the trunk. Small potatoes. Apparently, they had a good part of the interior taken apart to do this (as the service folks told me). They seem to have put it back together just fine!

pjk, yes, I think this is exactly what jcavalie had done.

I have not had the kids up to redline yet, but I've been pretty busy lately. Soon.

Anyway, as you can see, the dashtop light is completely unobtrusive.

Looks great - and looks like everything is positioned exactly the same as mine. Nice! Now go vtec with the kiddies!!!!

In CA, we don't have any registration or inspection stickers on the windshield hiding the box from outside view. Honestly though, I don't even notice it anymore.

Just make sure you set the switch correctly now! It is part of my routine for putting in or taking out the car seat.

congrats,
Jim
