dissapointed with the s2k -.-
I had a GSR for 4yrs before I bought MY 2001 s2000.I also noticed, noise wise, that you really didn't hear the Vtec kick in like the GSR.When I purchased my MY 2006 I noticed the Vtec even less. So, In the last 15 years
I've had DOHC Vtecs and not hearing the VTEC kick doesn't bother me....
Maybe because the s2000 is much more responsive and I'm a little older.
I have to say though the GSR was a fun car....I've never driven a Type R
but would buy one as second car if I could find one for a reasonable price.

Please don't ruin another S!!
I drove a Type R 2002 (K20)
I drove an SI 2007 (K20)
The minute I sat in the S2000, I said: "that's the car I want", before even trying it. As mentioned earlier, if you are looking for better power than the DC5. The extra money is not worth it. Go mod your DC5. K20 has a lot of potential and will cost you less to overcome the S2000 on a straight line.
K20 is much more advanced than the F series.

don't you realize that when you slam the S it TOTALLY F0CKS up the suspension geometry? Don't you even care that you're f0cking up the car?
