I think I started with each fenderwell, and then moved to the back between the lights. The clips are along the top on each side, that's where you want to break free first.

Hey guys sorry to bring a thread back from the dead. I'm in the process of removing my front bumper. All bolts and screws have been remove but it wont come off. Any ideas!?!?
Then I don't believe you, it usually comes off very easy when all screws are gone.
First you have the ones under the front, and the plastic plugs in the wheel housing.
When the screws at the bottom are gone, you can flap the plastic bottom cover on the sides away and get access to removing the washfluid hose to the headlight cleaners.

In the same area from under the car there are 5 more screws to remove. 3 are in the narrow corner above the wheel. 2 are towards the main frame of the car towards the air intake area. Reapeat at the other side.

When you pop the hood there is a black metallic plate with a rubber sealing that is removed by unscrewing 4 or 5 screws with big heads. When this one is removed you shall have access to the last screws holding the front bumper. (basically holding the front bumper and front sides together. (close to the headlights area.)

When all screws are gone you shall easily remove the bumper with no violence.

OH man, you know whats even funner, I thought you said rear bumper and gave you the directions for that. For the front the clips are under the headlight.

You might have been hung up on the fender liner.

Lol! Well yea I had to remove the rear bumper as well to get repainted for minor chips. The front bumper was pretty self explanatory for all the bolts and clips. There are however some "hooks" that hold the bumper on underneath the headlights in the corners. After a bit of tugging tho it will come off.
