all i can notice with the heat on is how damn hot it is...

maybe it feels better because you only turn on the heat when it is cold out i.e. the air is denser.

just wanted to say, having the heat on isn't the same has having the a/c on unless your using your a/c to pump hot air into your car. the heater box for all cars is used partially as a "radiator" of sorts. you don't reduce your car's performance by using heat, in fact you regain a little lost hp due to heat if your using the heater.

Yes to AC. I have it blow into the foot well to keep the legs cooler.

Nope, I don't run the AC with the top up. Just haven't found a need to yet. I live near the beach and it doesn't really get that hot down here.

Sure do. Keeps feet, hands, etc. cool. I use the A/C in winter/wet conditions to dehumify (with the temp up if needed).

I use the AC with top down on hot days. I'm certainly not going to put my top up so I can use the AC

You bet I do, why not use it, I paid for it.

The only problem is if the humidity is high it drips ice cold water on the passengers feet.
