Default Do you thumb shift?

I guess i should rather say thumb upshift. does anyone else do this? it usually happens when i'm resting my hand on the e-brake and i'm too lazy to move my hand. the shifting is so effortless with the voodoo knob.

I do everything from a thumb shift to a full-body shift dependent upon my mood and the nature of the road beneath my wheels at any particular moment.

Yep, all the time! I rest my arm on the console, and generally just use my thumb for upshifts and a finger or two for downshifts, all the while leaving my arm on the console. That is, unless I am out on a "spirited" drive

Also, I rest my left arm on the door sill and steer with my left hand..... again, except for "spirited" drives...
