Yes I do. I have a Sony CDX-M750 and Pinky's PAC. Works fine.

How much? Just double the US price and add a bit for freight.

I'm in Mosman, but my S is in for repairs at the moment. Should have it back late next week, then it goes in for short block replacement.

Im trying to get a Aussie GB going well at least 3-4 to drop ship them all to one person. Then ship out to everybody else.

Price is gonna be mostly determined by the shipping costs.
