Does the S2000 still get looks?
oh, all the time. It would reasonable to say that somebody comments on it at least once a week when the weather is nice. They are always positive comments, too. I've met two other owners so far just by coincidence, too
I dont really care weather or not my car gets looks as i dont care what people think.
But to humor this thread i do not get looks in this car anymore, probably because it's berlina.
With my NFR s2k i use to get looks ALL the time

Believe it or not, I got more comments on my '01 Miata Special Edition, British Racing Green, tan leather and wood interior and polished aluminum wheels than I have on either my '03 NFR or my current '06 Silverstone. Most of the comments I got on the Miata came from little boys though, giving me the thumbs up and hollering "Cool car Mister!!!".
Alot of guys (older) have asked me what I'm driving when I'm getting gas for the S2K. When I tell them it's a Honda S2000 they say they never heard of or saw one before or "Man, I didn't know Honda made a 2 seat convertible. What kinda gas mileage does she git............?" I usually give them a cock and bull story about the fact that they are a limited production, hand built car with the highest horsepowered non-aspirated 2.2L engine in the world, that if I drive it like my mom in her Civic it will get 28mpg and if I put my foot in it it gets around 21mpg. (Wait, all that's true!)
They usually say "Wow, where can I get one of these?"
