It get my friend when they first get in my car when I take them through my local canyon. But around here you always here people gunning so it seem they have been desensitize by the whole engine noise.

I can believe that your wife's sedan can out-accelerate the S2000, assuming she has an S500 or M5 or something, because it doesn't take much effort to put a big engine in a big car and haul it up to speed quickly, but I'm curious what 4000lb car can out-brake the S2000. I will be impressed by that.

Personally... I drove a slower Honda (Prelude). Quickness is completely relative. My daily driver is a 4-cylinder Accord, so the S2000 feels quick everytime I step into it. However, if I drove a sport bike, or a Z06, or a Ferrari on a regular basis, I'm sure the S2000 would feel much slower. However, I don't have the balls to saddle up on a bike on public roads, and I don't feel compelled to drop a wad of cash on a Z06 or Ferrari, so the S2000 is the best solution for my personal needs.

Wifes drives a E55 ,Brabus modified.

It's ok in terms of speed , just depends on what your used to driving .

Compared to my Busa all cages are dog slow: 0 to 150 7 secs.

jyeung528 : good comeback when you get to High School perhaps your vocabulary will grow moron, go ride the short bus.
