i don't know, mine kind of wiggles. when i do a hard shift from 1to2 near redline, sometimes my back swings to the right. but im pretty sure all s2k's do because of all the power being sent the rear wheels, wonder how vettes and other v8's feel..

I get a chirp from the tires when shifting at full power, full rpm. If I were going around a corner, the rear would swing out.

Ya that's what I want, a chirp! I can't do that...I wonder why? Sometimes when I push the brake fast to stop I feel the abs and then my car would kinda lean aside also???? So many questions. Keep the good replies comin, thanks!

i posted the same problem a while back, first s02s for me don't chirp much, just too soft and grippy second, if you are running in colder weather it is more likely to happen, ie under 45 F, third if you are a fast shifter it is also more likely, and lastly tire pressures of 31+ seemed to provoke it in my ride. by the way what kind of treadwear do you have left.?

Yeah about a week ago I was slowly accelerating in first gear, hit 6k rpm, and floored it. 9k rpm come up and I shift as hard and fast as I could. The back end came WAAY out to the left, straigtened out and was fine again. I did not here any noise at all from the tires, just the scream of the engine.
Also I was going 100% straigt. (scared the shit out of the sales man)

I can't wait to actually get mine!

my car's tail wiggles under shifts between full throttle app between 1 and2 as well as between 2 and 3. my brother's s2000 tail is more well planted during the very same shifts. confusing....

but i think it is the lsd reacting when the power is changed dramatically as it does wiggle less if i shift as fast as i can... that's my guess at least

Under hard driving, my rear definitely wiggles and slides a bit. Sounds like its normal from this thread.

......it is refreshing to see someone else who has been here a really long time with the correct answer. Good job 2 X 6! Trust me...this is the root of your problem, one side is low. I go with 34 PSI at the rear and 32 in the front. Use a good gauge.

I used an autometer gauge. And I checked it 32 all around already. Maybe I'll try running 32 up front and 34 in the rear. Would being off 1psi throw my car off?
