I have felt very similar about the S... it never has felt all that fast too me. I am certainly not dissappointed with the car but I really did expect it to feel faster.

It's all relative.

Lot's of S2000 owners stepped out of Accords and Civics. To them the S2000 is a damn rocket ship.
