That's pretty funny, you're not being very easy on your new car(s), are you? I'd like to know how your car dyno's in about 1000 miles.

Not to sound like a novice, but I am. I hear alot about the s2000 losing a lot of hp before it gets to the wheels. It looks like that on that one dyno. If I am reading it corrently it looks like it only has 201Hp on that one dyno.(second one) That really conflicts from what I have read. Please do not flame me. I do alot of my q&a through the search.

Maybe you ought to put those Truck Tires on it.

It made 3-4hp less all the way to vtec and then made 4-6rwhp more than the other one all the way from 6-8k rpm.
That's weird. I wonder if the valves happen to be adjusted slightly differently between the two?

Bring a floppy disk or USB drive with you next time - I'd love to have the electronic versions to add to my collection.

Not really, about ~16% drivetrain loss. Pretty normal for a RWD vehicle. FWD typically suffers less loss which is what could be skewing your perspective if you are used to seeing dynos from such cars. You have to keep in mind some manufacturers crank HP numbers are/could be a bit fudged as well. The LS1 engines for example are underrated and nearly put out to the wheels what they are rated at the crank. The RX8 is on the other end of the spectrum, rated at about the same as the S2000 but they typically put down about 180-185 to the wheels (from what I remember, I might be wrong as I didn't fact check before posting).
Thanks for the clearing this up for me. I do not mean to thread steal.
