Whoever mentioned "rubber smell" is correct. I've got ~1300 and notice that if the engine is very hot it will have that melting rubber smell. But, this is the same for all new cars. It gets less intense over time. My S2 smells less than it did last month. LOL!! I don't drive it hard at all tho. I haven't gone over 6k yet.
