STOP YELLING!
Also, "Technical" is not the right place for this question. Try S2000 Talk for recommendations on products.
You might also want to read the stickies at the tops of all the forums for all kinds of information, including what and what not to post in each.

The best exhaust for the money is hands down, the T1R 70mm single outlet exhaust that can be had right now for 899.00 You will gain roughly 10-15 midrange and probably 10 peak.

The two best headers are, the Rick's for 725 (6 hp gain midrange, lose 2-3 top end - can be gained back with VAFC), or the J's Racing header for 1200 which probably gains around 6-8 midrange and top end.

Anything else is too expensive for the amount of gains, if they even gain anything.

The best bolt on part you can buy is probably the VAFC. You can get one for 200 with the harness for it if you buy one used. After tuning, you'll pick up 10-15 hp with a 00/01 model, and probably 5-8 for the 02+ models.

I've done extensive reading on all of the bolt on mods and seen average dynos and read people's testimonies for months now and these are the tried and true parts to buy for the car. Everything else either doesn't gain enough for the money, or is overpriced for the amount of gains you get.

If you're looking for a little extra power and speed, I think the best bet is to get the T1R 70mm, a tuned VAFC, and a 4.77 gearset. The money you'll spend on the header isn't worth it because you'll get way better acelleration from the gears. If you want to get exhaust and a header, you better be doing a full-on NA setup for maximum horsepower, otherwise the money spent would just be better going with a used Vortech supercharger which you can get for 3 thousand. Everyone on this board can think what they want about gains and prices, but from what I've read, these are really the best ideas for what you want to do: go fast for the least amount of money.

I hope this helps,

Justin
