blue shows its made of $titanium$

titanium is just as strong as SS (if not stronger), but it weighes 1/3 as much.

you said its okey to have a titan exhaust on a bike but its not cool to have one on the car? it doesnt make any sense.

Titan exhaust with burnt blue tips is mad JDM, you obviously cant tell whats hot, whats not.
titanium does not rust either

I agree that the blue shows it is made of titanium. But personally, (and again this is all personal opinion) I don't care who knows what my exhaust is made of but me! Why would I care that anyone else knows what my exhaust is made of?? The car doesn't make me a better person . .. it is just fun to drive on the weekends.

Actually titanium is significantly stronger that SS in yield strength. It exhibits less ductility . .. . but that isn't a attribute needed in an exhaust. And, I love the titanium. I just don't like the blue.

I think a blue pipe on a bike looks OK, only because as long as I have been around motorcycles . . . the high performance machines have always had some blue-ing occur naturally after the collector before the exhaust heads up to the cannister. That is obviously a very high heat area on just about any design. So, it looks natural. But, it doesn't look natural on a car unless it is on the top of the header. That is normally the only place you see an exhaust pipe turn blue naturally.

Mad JDM?? What is the deal with that?? Why would I care about it being JDM? Most of the JDM stuff looks horrible. Although, most of it performs much better because of different regulations and different cultural and marketing motivations. But my car isn't JDM. I don't want it to be JDM. I don't want to live in Japan, and I don't want to be japanese.

For those that have JDM, I am not trying to offend. It just isn't me or with my tastes.

This should be a five-step process:

1. Find someone with a Spoon N1.
2. Find a long tunnel.
3. Get behind the Spoon-equipped car.
4. Have the Spoon owner go full-throttle from ~30 in 2nd gear to the top of third and listen to the shrieking.
5. Buy a Spoon N1.

Hyper-X is right, coffee cans and PVC. Besides it looks good with my custom low budget wheels too!

Has anyone actually (re)attached their '04 tips onto whatever aftermarket exhaust they bought? I think the tip goes well with the '04 bumper and would hate losing the matching shape.

I also dislike the blue color. I think it's tacky (or ricey).
