Female Front Plate Mounting Replacement
I bought license plate holes plugs for the front bumper of my s2k and found out the mounting hardware inside the bumper is broken. The plugs don't sit right and end up just falling out. My grandfather had a front license plate mounted on there, and it looks like the minor accident he was in broke the mounting hardware inside the bumper. The female bolt holes are no longer lined up with the holes in the bumper.
Any idea how hard/easy this is to replace/remove? I don't plan on ever putting a front plate on the car, so do I remove them and fill the holes? If so, how?
When I open the hood I see four screws along the top before the radiator, is this the access point? What are my options? Please help.

You pretty much have to take the bumper off to get back there. It's a pain in the ass, but not difficult.
If the mounting hardware is still in there but just loose, you can try sticking a screw in there to get them back in place, at least until you put in the covers.
Or you could just ghetto rig it and tape/glue the covers onto the bumper.

Hate to sound lazy but is there any harm to ghetto rigging it? I don't like front plates, and PA doesn't require them. I can't think of any situations where I would need to pull them off, and I assume if I ever needed the bumper repainted I could just tell them to paint right over it?
Something like a thin double sided mounting tape wouldn't hurt, but superglue might be a bad idea if you slip or ever want to take them off (or sell the car to someone that lives in a more oppressive state).
If it were me, I'd call over a couple of buddies, grab a tool box and beer, and take a few hours to take off the bumper (you can do it in under an hour, maybe 2 if it's your first time).
Or just go without until you decide you want an intake or something. You'll want to remove the bumper for that too.
