front license plate for CA ... a must?
We're lucky here in Detroit!!!!!!!
Not only do we not need a front plate, but the authorities are also very generous when it comes to lowering, exhausts and mods. Cops just don't seem to bother here, but mainly focus on speeding/drunk driving.
It's fun to drive to Windsor, Canada and see the cops there look like they want to ticket you until they realize that you are from the USA. They can't do a damn thing!! I make sure that my radar detector is not with me though so I am perfectly following the law! Haven't been over the border since 911 though....it supposedly takes ages to get through now that they have tightened up the security.
