... and we don't have very strict regulations, instead, they right harsher tickets. Like bogus speeding tickets (51 in a 50 and so on). A buddy with an IS300 got a ticket once for the OEM yellow foglights and it was $274!! He had to fight with them to prove they came like that from the factory.
