my cable wasn't off like yall described...it was only a little bit off...but i removed the slack from the wire..enough to still maintain the 0-1k rpm idle...i'm getting better throttle response and smoother shifting now...car jumps when you step on the gas...you can hear the intake suck up air before the engine engage
