Default Is this a good deal?

I'm purchasing a yellow 2002 S2000 for MSRP. The dealer had a $6000 dealer markup, but I negotiated the car down to MSRP. I'm also trading in a milano red 2000 Civic Si in excellent condition with 29.5k miles. I am getting $14k for my car as a trade in. I will probably end up financing through my bank at 5.99% APR. So what do you guys think?

$31000-$32800 for a new '02 is reasonable...but not a penny over, or shop elsewhere.

And don't let the screw you on wings, ground effects, pin-stripping (/shudder), and especially the stupid paint-protection scam. Buy NO additions. And get them to sign something to the selling price in writing.
