Yes, there is a very good article on the merits of changing andor modifying brake system components in the current issue of Grassroots Motorsports.
Topics discussed are:
*stock vs. crossed drilled vs. slotted rotors
*upgraded calipers
*upgraded lines
*pads
*master cylinder
*effect of the above on stopping distances
*effect of the above on brake fade
*ect.

It is definitely a must read for anyone contemplating modifying their stook !

It zeroes in on the the differences between engineering and marketing.Aftermarket parts are discussed without the bias of rags such as Sport Compact Car who must flatter their advertizers.

From reading the posts on this board many of you shall be very surprised.

If you don't already know about this magazine or where to find it, check out www.grmotorsports.com

Regards,
Pierre

Do you mean how many pistons on the stock
caliper?
The stock one is one piston floating caliper
at front and rear.
