Don't pay $100 or more for a pre made kit. You can make your own for $15 or less.

It may smooth out a rough idle and that's about it. On a relatively new car with a good ground already don't expect miracles. I have one on my turbo VW and it makes the engine run smooth and it fixed my headlight dimming problem but no noticeable power increase. Buy 3 or 4 negative battery cables from your local auto parts store($3 each) They come in various lengths in black 4 gauge copper wire with connectors already on. Connect them in a daisy chain fashion to various points around the engine bay. For example: Start from the nut atop the driver's side shock tower, then go to the engine block, then to the firewall and finally connect to the negative battery terminal. It's that simple.

Ground is ground. An electrical circuit is either grounded or it's not grounded. All the fanciest, most colorful wires in the world cannot make an electron behave any differently!
