Default Hardtop loose

Hey everyone, my forbidden hardtop is loose on the back right under the rear window. When im driving and hit bumps it goes up and down and you can see straight outside the car, and i can even lift it up with my fingers a little bit. Is this normal with this hardtop or should it been very tight in that area? I didn't have this issue until i took my car to a bodyshop and they had to remove the hardtop to work on one of the rear panels. Any help would be appreciated, thansk guys.

It should be very tight in that area, did you put downward pressure on the top while tightening the bolts?

Don’t wanna sound rude but it should be obvious that you shouldn’t be able to lift the top off with your fingers. I mean it’s either bolted down or it isn’t...
can you post a picture?

Even if you bolted it down with your fingers in between the top and the car it still shouldn’t be bouncing up and down over bumps or pull up with your fingers.

I guess it depends on what you classify as "lifting with your fingers".
My forbidden mugen rep is bolted down tight too, but if I pull up on it hard right in the middle of the back, it definitely flexes up a noticeable amount and can create a visible gap from the chassis.

Yeah I could see flexing it with the force of your hand and making a gap, but I doubt bumps in the road flex your top to where it opens up gaps. His description makes it sound like it’s not tightened down at all and sliding on the bolts. A pic would help, hopefully holding it down will fix it up.

Make sure all the bolts are tight in the rear. The ones that hold the top to the bracket and the ones that hold the bracket to the chassis of the car.
