DDing since I bought it... about at least 60miles a day (80% highway) and I still look forward to getting into my car every day. I would like some more power on the highway, but it only takes a hard on/offramp every once and a whlie (or an HPDE day) to keep me in love with the car all ovewr again.

So should I eat disgusting frozen diners everyday so that when I occasionally go for a steak it tastes better? No. It doesn't taste better, you're just used to eating junk. If I have the choice, I will eat steak every day.

Shouldn't there be a blog section for something like the original post?

I was in th eexact same situation. I have had two S2000's. The first was my DD and I got tired of it. I sold it, but now I have another DD and the S is the weekend car. I love it a lot more now.

I've had my S for 2.6 years and it's a DD. I still love to drive it. In Feb. a drunk smashed it while it was parked and it was in the shop for 6 weeks. Then in June, I had surgery and couldn't drive for 6 weeks. My shoulder still is not up to the twisties, but I have hopes for that soon.

I have had my s for 2 years and only just today broke 1000 miles on it since I have owned it. It hardly ever gets driven cause the weather where I am at limits me to only about 6 months out of the year of being able to drive. It sux walking into the shop in december with 6 inches of snow on the ground and not being able to drive it. It is almost as if she looks at me with a frown on her face and says pleeeeease!

1000 miles...jesus

Why own the car if you arent going to drive it? Cars are meant to be driven.
