Very nice! That's one of the biggest features I miss after trading in my TSX for the S.

Keeps your back and butt warm as hell.

I wanted seat heaters for Christmas and did a lot of research during the fall. I found the German based manufacturer (I can't pronounce their name--but it loosly translates in english to "Warm and Entertaining Technology") of OEM seat heaters for over 80% of the European, Japanese, and domestic manufacturers (Including Lexus, Honda, and Acura) They are the only manufacturer of the heated steering wheels found in high end cars as well. The seat heaters are made of a carbon fiber mesh laminated to a thin fabric. The US Distributer of them sells to individuals at the "dealer" price--I got both seats with all the switches, wiring and relays for $172 shipped. Their name is Cartek Distributing LLC www.cartekdist.com or 866-432-8887. They're based in Michigan.

(If I sound like a commercial, it's because I was really impressed with the quality of the heaters as well as the OEM connectors and relays as well as the the price--I'm in no way connected to them)

In addition, the passenger seat "air bag cutoff switch" wasn't used on S2000s until MY06 (though earlier on other Honda/Acura products like my 03 TL) if you have a "pre-06" S2000 and have had seat heaters installed or are ordering from someone other than Cartek--make sure you get the seatback on the passenger side----Apparently some of the aftermarket manufacturers think (because 06 and later S2000s have a pasenger airbag cutoff), they all do----if they've been installed without the pasenger seatback heater, I'd go back and have them install it for free--they have bad information and you shouldn't have to pay for their mistake (if they give you a hard time--ask them to show you the wire in your pre-06 under the seat that plugs in between the seat and the car for the sensor--there isn't one----there's no wires at all on pre-06s on the passenger seat (just the seat belt warning light connector under the drivers seat unless you have the factory alarm under there as well)
