HER S2000 - it apparently makes a diffrence

PDK on that Boxster? Prolly the best auto-tranny/paddle pony around, IMHO. The Boxster weighs a bit more than the S2000, right? Power/weight ratio is about the same, for the base model versus the S2K? How do you like the powerband versus the Honda? Better low-end torque? Both seem like the best late model roadsters around. For the price. The 355 Berlinetta Spyder is my all time dream car. But I digress... Thanks!
Nice purchase! I'd love to have a Boxster/911 one day, but I'm waiting for the right opportunity. My brother has a 987 Boxster S and that thing hauls ass! The most surprising part is the curb weight difference is only 90 lbs, even though the Boxster is much bigger on the inside and out. S2000 sounds good in VTEC, but the flat-6 is in another league. The only part I don't like about the car is the (oem short) shifter. It feels like crap, but obviously I'm spoiled by the S2000's shifter.

I really like the 981 but I do like the size of the S2000 better. Might just be that I'm used to it after 7 years.

Not only do I have to talk my wife into riding passenger in my S, even on the most beautiful of days (70F, sunny), I also have to talk her into having the top down while I drive (convertible top, not her top ).
Then, as we're driving she constantly has her hands over her eyes and makes a moaning sound (not the good kind). It's so dumb. And that's even when I grandma the sh** out of my driving while she's in the car lol.
