I would have been furious if that happened to me. It doesn't look like the door is damaged and if nothing behind the fender is damaged it should be an easy DIY if you can find a used fender in the same color.

 

Makes my stomach knot up when I see stuff like that. Sorry to see. Some real lowlifes among humans.

Does the parking garage have a surveillance camera you can maybe catch the lowlife with?

Hopefully it is just the fender. How does the engine bay look? At least the door and wheel seem intact.

Offender looked like he may have a red and white colored car. Sure would be interesting to hang around that pizza place and watch for cars with side bumper damage with bits of silver paint on it.
